Julie McElfish

A native of State College and a graduate of Penn State, Julie has spent her career in mission work, with a focus on Africa.  She lived in the Democratic Republic of the Congo for twelve years and has traveled extensively throughout the continent, giving oversight to projects related to missions, church-planting, publishing, development, and youth ministry.  She is currently working to mobilize Penn State students for frontier missions.  A great lover of reading and education, she holds an MBA and has an interest in the sustainability of ministry projects.
